I am honored to serve as your president for the interim period till PAODE elects its new president via electoral process. I am deeply grateful for the trust you and the cabinet have placed in me. As we embark on this journey together, I want to take a moment to reflect on our recent accomplishments and share our vision for the future.
Over the past year, our society has achieved remarkable milestones, from advancing clinical practices to fostering a vibrant community of professionals. These accomplishments are a testament to the dedication and expertise of each member.
Looking ahead, my goal is to build on this momentum by enhancing our educational offerings, expanding opportunities for collaboration, and advocating for the interests of our specialty. We will focus on innovative research, support for continuing education, and strengthening our network to better serve our community.
I encourage each of you to actively participate in the upcoming first PAODE CON event, contribute your ideas, and engage with fellow members. Your involvement is crucial in driving our society forward and achieving our shared objectives.

Welcome to the PAODE- Pakistan Association of Operative Dentistry & Endodontics
As the General Secretary of the PAODE, I am pleased to welcome you to our association. Our community of specialists practitioners in Endodontics & Operative Dentistry in Pakistan is dedicated to advancing the specialist practice, promoting professional development, and fostering collaboration among dental professionals. I hope that PAODE will become the resource for knowledge, education and research for its members, dental community and above all, for the public. The greater good of our association will not only benefit our country but the region.
Since its inception, PAODE has impacted the profession in a positive way. From advocating a competency based education model in the residency training and the exit level assessments, from improving the nomenclature of the specialty to shaping a focused specialty training, from getting registration in the endodontic confederations such as APEC or IFEA (in -progress), PAODE has come a long way.
We are excited to share the 1st International PAODE-CON, a conference where the specialist practitioners, trainers, examiners, residents and students of the specialty will gather and share the latest in dental research and best practices with you. Your engagement and participation are vital to our shared success and growth.

Globally, Dentistry is growing at an alarming pace with innovative ideas. Research and innovations are numerous and frequent in dentistry and PAODE becomes the sole voice of dentists and the sole platform for all stakeholders to discuss and take the findings of innovation and research to the young dental graduates, postgraduates, effectively.
This year PAODE inaugural conference has been arranged on ” excellence via innovation”. The organizing committee has developed a comprehensive and stimulating scientific program which will be the envy of many and will certainly attract dentists worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to meet and socialize with Fellows worldwide, to exchange ideas, to learn from other experiences. I have no doubt it will be a great success.
